Players are not allowed to have more than one Asiasoft Passport. Please note that each player is only allowed to register for one Asiasoft Passport. Players suspected having multiple Asiasoft Passports will face the following actions:

Suspected multiple Asiasoft Passports holders

• Suspension of all suspected Asiasoft Passports for identity verification.
• All Asiasoft Passports failing to be verified within 90 days will be wiped.
• Players? will be? allowed to choose? ONLY 1 Asiasoft Passport to keep and the rest will be wiped

The following types of names are inappropriate:

• Vile, profane, rude or racist names including common swear words, anatomical references, racial slures and homonyms of these words. (e.g. Gook, KKK, Nigger, SluttyWhore)
• Combinations of words, numbers and symbols that produce an offensive result (e.g. Farker, McShit). Names of religious, occult, political, or significant historic origin. (e.g. Jesus, Allah, Satan, Stalin, Hitler)
• Names chosen with the intent or possessed with the effect of harming the reputation of or used to impersonate a Customer or representative of AS Online Sdn Bhd.
• Trademarked names of products, services or concepts. (e.g., Marlboro, Sony, Band-Aid)
• Names with reference to drug substances or drug related paraphernalia. (e.g. Ecstacy, Cannabis, Marijuana)
• Combinations of words, numbers and symbols that produce an offensive result (e.g. Farker, McShit), or sexual references (s3X, etc). Names of religious, occult, political, or significant historic origin. (e.g. Jesus, Allah, Satan, Stalin, Hitler)
• Names that comprised of gibberish ( e.g "laksjdoeij" , "asdfgaf", "sdsds")
• Names of NPCs, mobs or boss from CabalSEA.
• Names that may be confused with the names which may be created and/or used by AS Online Sdn Bhd for the purpose of efficient operation, customer support, test or review of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:


• NAMES STARTING WITH OR CONTAINING THE WORDS ASIASOFT, AS, PLAYPARK, CABAL, CABALSEA, NEVARETH, CM, GM, GAME MASTER, COMMUNITY MODERATOR, SENIOR GM, GC, GAME COUNSELOR, JUNIOR GC, SENIOR GC, TEST, EVENT, TESTER, REVIEW or REVIEWER.

On occasion, GMs will appear in-game to interact with the users when users require assistance or during an event, the Event Moderators will require all users co-operation in carrying out the event to ensure that the event goes on smoothly.
GMs may also be in contact of users in violation of policy or require the users to perform specific actions. Users are required to comply with the GMs specific instructions and be as cooperative as possible.

Definition

Threaten/Cause Distress — Attempting to threaten or cause distress to the GM or Event Moderator in order to get what you want regardless if the threats relates to the virtual or physical world. Threats are also including but not limited to:

1. Threaten or provoke to do physical bodily harm to the GM, Event Moderator, CabalSEA players, Asiasoft staff and Asiasoft related parties.
2. Threaten to perform property damage to any relation to CabalSEA service or properties (i.e game server, website, etc) or any other Asiasoft related properties.
3. Threaten with verbal abuse (i.e to cause psychogical abuse such as threatening family members, misuse of existing or ex-Asiasoft staff names to make demands, to lodge police report or call the media to make demands, etc) towards the GM, Event Moderator, Asiasoft staff or any other Asiasoft related parties in order to obtain "special" services (i.e. Releasing banned offender's account, obtain illegal in-game/physical items, etc)

As stated in our Terms of Use and Rules of Conduct, players are strictly prohibited from sharing their Asiasoft Passport accounts and Game accounts to anyone (including family members)

Those who are caught in violation of game play rules must be summarily punished

Definition

Asiasoft strictly prohibits anyone from sharing or lending their account with anyone as the owner of the account will be held accountable for all login uses, regardless of whether or not the owner has granted authorization or approval. (Example : Lending an account to a sibling and sibling may use account to experiment a hack or bot will lead to having YOUR ACCOUNT penalized). Owner of account will be penalized accordingly based on what was done to the account (Example : If account was used for botting and hacking penalty will be based on the botting and hacking penalty).

Penalty:

i. First time offense:

Account suspension until the following procedures has been completed:

1. AP verification
2. Change e-mail password or e-mail address
3. Change/update AP details:- Name, National ID, Registered e-mail, Contact Number
4. Change Cabal password
5. Change sub-password for character selection, inventory and warehouse.

Those who are caught in abusing the features, game play or rules of the game in order to gain advantages over others and upset the game balance will be punished.

Definition:

The game features and functions in the game that players may use to exploit for their own gain and upset the balance of the game, the in-game economy and playing experience.

Penalty:

i. First time offense:

Penalty will be depending on the situation, severity and intention of the offender. The penalty may vary between a suspension of account, item deletion, character related field deduction or removal,removal of soul ability or Ability Point, pet level deduction, or permanent ban.

ii. Second time offense:

Permanent Ban

Those who are caught exploiting any bugs in the game to gain advantages over others and upset the game balance will be punished.

Definition:

Exploitation of bug
This refers to the exploitation of a known or unknown flaw in the game. Example: Purchasing an item from an NPC at quantity of 999999999 and receiving the 1000 items at a cheaper rate.

Penalty for exploiting a known bug
if player is found exploiting a known bug continuously must be summarily punished to protect the general interests of other players.

Penalty for exploiting a unknown bug
If player is found exploiting an unknown bug continuously and did not send a IBox query regarding about the bug must be summarily punished to protect the general interests of other players.

If player sent a IBox query regarding about the bug but continues to exploit the unknown bug must be summarily punished to protect the general interests of other players.

Item duping or cloning
This refers to exploiting a known or unknown bug in the game to create illegitimate duplicates of unique items or currency. This can greatly affect to the game´s economy and gameplay.

Penalty:

i. First time offense:

Penalty will be depending on the situation, severity and intention of the offender. The penalty may vary between a suspension of account, item deletion, character related field deduction or removal,removal of soul ability or Ability Point, pet level deduction, or permanent ban.

ii. Second time offense:

Permanent Ban

Any usage of an unauthorized 3rd party software/tool in any way or for any reason in CabalSEA is STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND IS CONSIDERED A DIRECT VIOLATION of Asiasoft and CabalSEA´s Terms of Use. This includes and not limited to botting, hacking and looting programs.

An "unauthorized" third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including, without limitation, any "Add-on" or "Mod" that in Asiasoft´s sole determination:

Enables or facilitates cheating of any type; (Example and NOT LIMITED TO : Alz, damage hack, speed hack )

Allows users to modify or "hack" the CabalSEA user accounts, game client, user interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly allowed by Asiasoft in the Terms Of Use;

Intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through CabalSEA This includes and not limited to botting, hacking, memory editors or any cheating programs.

Based on our monitoring tool if players are found to be using a 3rd party program (e.g any bot or hack program such as and not limited to Cabal Rider or Twin R) we are not obligated to assist you in the of your account in any manner if your account has been hacked and disciplinary actions will be taken upon your account instead.

Please note the usage of such programs will expose your accounts to keylogger programs that are used to hack your accounts. Most cases of hacked accounts have been found that the player has been using a 3rd party software.

Penalty:

i. First time offense:

7 Days Ban + Removal 50% of total Alz in account + 4 Equipments and 2 Weapons that are above aramid LEVEL on character deleveled to +0 + Downgrade of 2 Soul Abilities to Level 1 + Delevel of 1 Honor Rank on character + Temporary Black Listed in iBox and Customer Service Support + Removal of all Consumable items + Removal of all Dungeon Entry Items + Player to top up 2000 @Cash x rounded-up figure of their highest level character in their account and REQUIRED TO CONVERT TO CABAL CASH.

ii. Second time offense:

14 Days Ban + Character Delevel + Removal of 80% of total Alz in account + Removal of all equipment and weapons ABOVE ARAMID LEVEL + Delevel of 3 Honor Rank on character + Removal of 2 Soul Abilities + Temporary Black Listed in iBox and Customer Service Support + Removal of all Consumable items + Removal of all Dungeon Entry Items + Player to top up 3000 @Cash x Rounded-up figure of their highest level character in their account and REQUIRED TO CONVERT TO CABAL CASH.
OR

iii. Third time offense:

Permanent Account Ban (This may be applied on first offense depending on the intention/severity or if the character level is lower than level 50)

Those who are caught in the attempt to create, share, provide, advertise, promote and support any unauthorized 3rd party program or tool that will upset the game balance and gain advantages over others will be punished.

Definition:

You will not attempt to create, share, provide, support, advertise or promote any unauthorized 3rd party program or tool(bots, hacks, cheat, UI modification programs and other software that could undermine the game development, economy and playing experience). This also includes providing, supporting, advertising and promoting unauthorized 3rd party program/tool to guild mates or buddies. You are hereby to immediately notify Asiasoft of the existence of such program/tool upon discovery.

Penalty:

i. First time offense:

Account suspension for further investigation until further notice. Depending on intention, follow up investigation may result in permanent ban including legal law actions based on the exclusive distribution rights and copyright laws.

For example, if someone has been found to be sniffing packets or extracting information from the servers with the intention of recreating the game or game data, Asiasoft may take legal actions based on our exclusive distribution rights of Cabal, copyright and civil laws.

ii. Second time offense:

Permanent ban including legal law actions based on the exclusive distribution rights and copyright laws.

Those who are caught in harassing, causing distress, using abusive languages, etc on others will be punished.

Definition:

Cursing / Swearing / Usage of vulgarities, defamatory or racist
Usage of offensive words or verbal abuse against another causing hurt and discomfort to the other party.

Threatening / Blackmailing
Any attempts to force another player to do something against his/her will with threats of harm / undesirable consequences e.g. mass defame, kill steal, PK

Sexual Harassment
Any attempts to engage in a conversation of sexual or obscene nature with another player leading to discomfort and embarrassment.

Text Flooding
Any attempts to spam, flood, or make duplicated posts regardless if it is in a single or multiple message(s). This could be over ruled in-game if all of the users who sees the chat do not mind, be it through private chat, party chat, guild chat or alliance chat only. If you wish to advertise to sell or buy items in-game, you are allowed to repeat your message once every minute. Continuous begging for items, Alz, etc. from other players or any ASIASOFT ONLINE employee.

Invite Floods
Any attempts to repeatedly flood or spam a player with party invites, guild invites and trade invites causing disturbance to other users activities.

Penalty:

Penalty will be depending on the situation, severity and intention of the offender. The penalty may vary between a suspension of account, removal the source of the argument and dispute, or permanent ban.

Those who are caught in violation for impersonating other players, any Asiasoft staff, business partners or any other parties related to Asiasoft in order to deceive, exploit, spread untrue rumours or information, or scam (i.e to obtain in-game/physical monetary gain, items, other player's game account, personal information, etc) will be summarily punished to protect the general interests and safety of other players, Asiasoft and related parties.

Penalty:

Permanent Ban

Trading of Asiasoft Passport or CabalSEA account is strictly prohibited as each registrant is responsible of safekeeping the account that you have registered for. Attempting to sell the Asiasoft Passport or CabalSEA account at any channel will be considered as an illegal activity and a breach of contract and actions will be taken upon your registered account.

Definition:

Trading of accounts involves selling a game account or Asiasoft Passport Account to another person in exchange for in-game items, virtual currency, physical monetary of any currency, or non-monetary value. Asiasoft strictly prohibits this as this may lead to scam and accountability of the account in future.

Penalty:

Permanent ban on CabalSEA game account or/and Asiasoft Passport

Please kindly note that advertising, supporting, promoting and trading in-game items and alz for monetary or legal tender is strictly illegal as the ownership of all items and materials belongs to Asiasoft Online and ESTSOFT. In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in CabalSEA as sellers and buyers will be solely responsible for their actions. There is no mechanism to ensure the exchange is fair and will be carried out entirely.

Penalty:

Permanent ban on CabalSEA game account

Please kindly note that providing services like power leveling and farming for items and alz for monetary or legal tender is strictly illegal as the ownership of all items and materials belongs to Asiasoft Online and ESTSOFT. In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in CabalSEA as such activities can lead to potential scamming and hacking of accounts. If such incidents were to occur due to this we will not be liable to compensate or provide any support to the player who had been scammed or had their account compromised in any manner.

Penalty:

Permanent ban on CabalSEA game account

Please kindly note that providing services like power leveling and farming for items and alz for monetary or legal tender is strictly illegal as the ownership of all items and materials belongs to Asiasoft Online and ESTSOFT. In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in CabalSEA as such activities can lead to potential scamming and hacking of accounts. If such incidents were to occur due to this we will not be liable to compensate or provide any support to the player who had been scammed or had their account compromised in any manner.

We will not be performing any character / item restoration no matter under any circumstances.

Precaution steps on how to secure your account.

We (AS Online Sdn Bhd) hope to share and educate our communities on how to take care of your own account and keep it from falling into the wrong hands. Every individual is responsible on keeping your own account and computers safe from such threats as we (AS Online Sdn Bhd) do not hold the fault if such conditions or situations occur.

1. Downloading any third party programs
   
   It is proven that over 90% of this websites which hosts this third party programs that gives illegal advantage to players have been known to carry unknown key-loggers which are hard to detect, search and destroy. These are one of the main causes that will put your Asiasoft account in danger as well as affecting the game balance of the game you are playing in which in time will have negative side effects to everyone playing it. If we have found from our monitoring tools that you were using a 3rd party program we are in no way obligated to provide any other support but instead will take actions upon your account and strip your privilege as our customer.
2. Not updating your anti-virus and scanning your computer for key-loggers often
   
   This is the responsibility of all users to scan their pc´s and keep their accounts safe from key-loggers from further damage. Please make sure that your anti-virus software is updated and scan your computer often. If you are playing in a cyber café, please make sure that the cyber café is safe from this, for example an auto rollback system or have daily clean-ups with an anti key-logger or antivirus software.
3. Do not hand out information of your account
   
   Please do not give anyone your account information. Scam and account compromise cases are often related to this as players often hand over their account ID and passwords to other players which in hand; turn out to be not trust worthy people.
4. Do not write down your account details
   
   It is advisable that you remember your account ID, password and other account details rather than writing it down on something as it could be compromised and others will have access to your account.
5. Do not use the same email account as you use in chat messengers.
   
   It will be safer if your registered e-mail differs from your chatting messenger account as there has been cases of people attempting to hijack e-mails and retrieve or change the password via this method.
6. Watch out for spoof or fake websites
   
   We have receive reports about hijackers creating spoof or fake websites that looks similar to the official website. Please be careful when you receive any suspicious e-mails or links that points you back to the official website and pay attention to the webpage address. If you feel that something is amiss, please contact us to clarify it.
7. Surf safe and smart
   
   Time to time, you will receive links to certain webpages from different parties. Please be careful and pay attention to the URL and the person who sent you the link. Sometimes its better to ignore and delete the link instantly if you feel something amiss even if it is from someone that you know.
8. Do not create "character" name similar to "Asiasoft Login ID"
   
   Creating character names that is similar or even close to your Cabal account ID is not advisable as this will expose and put your account into danger if a hijacker decides to try his luck in attempting to hijack your account. Please change your character name if it might reveal your account ID.
9. Change your password frequently
   
   Although this will be an extra work to do, but keep in mind that this is a good way in keeping your account safer. Better to be safe than sorry.
10. Not setting a sub-password in your character selection list, equipment and warehouse and not changing them frequently.
    
    The sub password system was developed by developers for a reason. Having different sub password for your character list, equipment and warehouse is to help better secure your account and to better prevent losing your characters, items and alz. Your account is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and we do not compensate deleted characters, items in that deleted characters, lost items and alz.

Important: Players are advised to safe-guard their own accounts as they are responsible for any actions done using their account.

Accounts that are caught for illegal activities will face penalties as stated regardless of whether the illegal activities was done by the rightful owner or otherwise.

• All GM decisions are final in the game.
• Appeals will not be entertained.
• Players are to refer to the CabalSEA Abuse Policy table for further information.
• 4 Equipments and 2 Weapons that are above aramid LEVEL on character deleveled to +0 or Removal of all equipment and weapons ABOVE ARAMID LEVEL? implies equipment or weapons of above aramid level in inventory,warehouse,guild warehouse,agent or other storage characters/accounts will be removed of their upgrades or removal of the items completely.
• Removed items will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• All banned accounts (For account hacking and selling of game accounts) will result in their respective Passport being suspended for security reasons. Players will not be able to login into their Passport and are required to perform Identity Verification. If this is not done within 90 days, the Passport together with all game accounts will be deleted. No refunds will be made for any A-Cash or items left within.
• The Management reserves the right to change the abuse policy without any prior notice.
• Items transferred out of the account for safekeeping will also be affected
